How to Use

1. Prepare the cleaning mixture – pour 1 teaspoon of baking soda into one of the Silverette® cups.  Add 2 drops of water to the baking soda and mix to form a creamy paste.
2. Apply the mixture – using your fingers, spread the paste over the entire surface of both cups ensuring that the mixture covers all areas thoroughly.
3. Rinse – rinse the cups thoroughly with water to remove all traces of the mixture.
4. Dry – dry the cups completely with a clean, dry cloth.
5. Stubborn Stains – if there are still stubborn stains, use an abrasive sponge to gently scrub the stained areas.  Rinse and dry the cups again after using the sponge.

Common questions

Is it normal for my Silverette® cups to tarnish?
Yes. Pure silver naturally darkens over time from humidity and body oils. It's completely normal and doesn't affect how the cups work.

How often should I clean my cups?
Rinse your cups with water after each use, and use the Cleaning Kit whenever you notice tarnish building up.
