Choosing the right Silverette® size is simple: measure your areola, match it to the chart, and you're done. This guide explains how to measure, which size to choose, and what the 2026 size names mean.

How to Measure Your Areola

  1. Use a soft tape measure or a ruler.
  2. Measure your areola diameter straight across its widest point, from one edge to the other (A to B on the chart below).
  3. Match your measurement to the size chart above.

In 2026, Silverette® updated its size names. The cups themselves haven't changed, only the names:

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm between two sizes?

Choose the larger size.

Does the cup need to cover my whole areola?

No. The rim of the cup rests gently on the areola, creating a protected dome over the nipple. Full areola coverage isn't required for Silverette® to work.

When should I measure?

You can measure at any time. If you're buying before your baby arrives and you're unsure, choose the larger size if you're between two.
